The specifics of treatment for each person will differ depending on what is the best course for that individual.  We spend much time with our patients.  First office visits are an hour and a half and follow up visits will be around a half an hour.  We tend to use a combination of dietary and lifestyle recommendations, homeopathy, herbal medicine, specific targeted nutrients, problem-focused counseling, and physical medicine techniques such as massage, cranio-sacral therapy, stretching, colon hydrotherapy, and manipulation. 

We enjoy working in collaboration with other diverse practitioners in the community, setting up a referral network to best serve the health interests of the patients.  We feel that the best results come when health care practitioners work together, each using his or her expertise to complement the work of the others.
